We are excited to announce that Sol Bungalows will be closed from May 1st, 2024, to November 1st, 2024, for the construction of two new overwater bungalows. 

For any reservations made after November 1st, 2024, please know that we will have 4 total overwater bungalows. 

Our new bungalows will include several upgrades and will be slightly larger. We will also be upgrading our two original bungalows based on our guests main suggestions. We are confident that the new bungalows and our upgraded original bungalows will continue to be the #1 option for an affordable overwater bungalow experience in Panama. 

Policy Changes Starting November 1st, 2024

Maximum Occupancy Per Bungalow:

We will be changing our maximum occupancy from 4 people per bungalow down to 2 people per bungalow. This change is intended to keep our hotel small and quiet while also being manageable for our kitchen and food service. 

Minimum Guest Age

The Minimum Age requirement for guests will be 12 years old. 

Changes to our Cancellation Policy for bookings after November 1st, 2024

For all reservations after November 1st, 2024, we will be changing our cancellation policy from the standard 30-day free cancellation policy to a 45-day free cancellation policy. The new cancellation policy is detailed below:

1. To secure your reservation with us we must receive full payment for the reservation within 14 days of making your reservation. If payment is not received within 14 days then we will cancel your reservation.
2. Once a reservation is made and payment is received, you will have a free cancellation period until 45 days before your arrival date. We will give you a full refund for your stay if you cancel anytime before 45 days of your reservation arrival date. 
3. If you cancel within 45 days of your reservation arrival date, we will give you a full refund for any days that we can get reserved by someone else.
