Island-to-table dining
The dining experience at Sol Bungalows is relaxed and casual, with alot of the food that we serve being sourced from our organic permaculture farm or our local community – what we like to call, “Island to Table.” Fresh herbs, vegetables, salad greens, and a wide variety of tropical fruits make their way into our breakfasts and dinners. Organic eggs, coconut bread and more fresh fruits come from our indigenous neighbors.
You will love the incredible views from our dining area, watching the sunsets for dinner, and seeing how colors of the morning change during breakfast. These are the times when we will also get to know each other, and when we can help you plan out your day’s adventures.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in your stay. Our breakfast menu consists of several styles of smoothie bowls, an oatmeal bowl, continental style, pancake, omelet, a breakfast sandwich, and a granola bowl. Your main dish comes with French press coffee or tea, a fruit juice, a small bowl of fresh fruits, and water. Smoothies can also be ordered but are not included in the breakfast.

Beer & Hard Setlzers
We serve the local Panamanian Balboa beer and also have a selection of Panamanian craft beers, as well as assorted White Claw Hard Seltzer flavors.
To-Go
Your room has a minifridge, so why not fill it with wine and beer that you can enjoy whenever you like? You can buy bottles of wine or beers from us to keep in your room, or you can also buy whatever you like in town. Your room will have glasses as well.
Since we do not have a full day kitchen/ bar staff, this is your best option for enjoying beverages during the day.
Drinking Water
Our bungalows run 100% on rainwater that we catch from two different locations on our property. This water is then run through a pump and filtered three times for drinking. We feel 100% safe drinking this water and this is the same water that our young children drink.
